PTE-HHDS
(Hand
Held
Dispensing
System)
Easy-to-use hand-held dispensing equipment
for low to medium viscosity two part component resin systems. The hand-held
dispensing systems consists of a dispenser, dual-barrel cartridge and a helix
designed static mixer. The pneumatic unit is connected to a shop air compressor
and dispenses material continuously as the trigger is released. The manual
unit operates similar to a caulk gun. The dual-barrel cartridges
are made from polypropylene to withstand abuse. The cartridges have a capacity
of 50-400ml and are available in mix ratios of 1:1; 2:1; 4:1; and 10:1 by
volume. Helix designed nozzles are also available.

Cartridge Kits
Ideally suited for "quick set"
urethanes, these dual cylinder polycarbonate cartridge kits are the perfect
match with the PTE-HHDS dispensing systems. These cartridges hold a maximum
of 400ml. When ordering, specify 1:1; 2:1; 4:1; and 10:1 mix ratios.

Static Mix Nozzles
The static Mix Nozzles are used with
the PTE=HHDS dispensing system. The mixer element was designed to provide
less resistance while dispensing. The mixer/nozzle comes in a variety of sizes
and will mix virtually any part material including epoxies, silicones, and
urethanes.

PTE-MMDS
(Meter
Mix
Dispensing
System)
A variable ratio, two component meter-mix
dispensing system. Materials with low to medium viscosity are recommended
for this machine. Double action metering cylinders allow continuous, on demand
flow or individually metered "volumetric shots" of mixed materials.
There is no reload delay between parts. A combination of air powered metering
pumps, Snuf-Bak dispensing valve, and disposable mix nozzles, produce high
quality air-free blending of meter-mix casting materials used in today's rapid
prototyping industry.

MCP
Vacuum Casting Systems
PTE Distribution
offers MCP's turnkey Vacuum Casting System. A fully automated process
producing dimensionally stable, precision prototypes that are tolerant to the
rigors of pre-market testing and evaluation. Able to replicate complex shapes,
fine details, textures and colors. Vacuum casting resins are formulated to
simulate production thermoplastics and elastomers. After master model
preparation and the production of a silicone tool, the MCP system will deliver
multiple castings within hours. Manufactures experience savings of 90%
in cost and 95% in time compared to traditional cut prototype tooling for
injection molding. These techniques allow multiple design and manufacturing
options to be fully assessed. The MCP Vacuum Casting System will continue to
be first to prove tomorrow's products with high quality, cost effective rapid
prototyping solutions.

Vacuum Chamber
VS-1000
Use of this vacuum chamber
assembly provides for a complete "semi" desktop system. Along with
the 5 cfm 1/2 horsepower pump delivering 29" Hg, this chamber consists of
an acrylic top to view the degassing process. Another bonus is the
15.25" diameter and 16" depth allowing for a five gallon bucket to
be placed neatly inside.

Warming Oven "Bench Model" (not shown)
If space is limited this bench model
is the one for you. Workspace dimensions of 28" wide x 24" deep
x 18" high is more than enough to assist with the preheating of silicone
rubber molds and the acceleration of polyurethane cure times. Some other standard
features include: portability, for forced air circulation, welded steel construction,
a calibrated temperature controller: and the ability to be wired in either
115 or 230 volts.
|
|
Warming Oven "Stand Alone"
This oven is used for
the preheating of silicone rubber molds and accelerating cure times of
polyurethanes. Capacity ( inside dimensions: 60" wide x 28" deep x
55" high) is the main benefit of this oven, but don't miss the many other
features it has to offer. Rugged frame steel construction in 1/8" welded
interior and 18ga. exterior skins, heavy duty hinges, truck type door locks,
and gasketed doors seal in heat. An adjustable digital controller assists in
maintaining a proper molding temperature.

Pressure Tanks
These pressure tanks are fabricated
to ASME Standards. They are certified and permanently labeled for 110
PSIG maximum working pressure. Tanks are contructed from galvanized steel with
plated, gasketed head, safety pressure-release valve, and concave bottom for
"clean" draining. Tanks may be purchased in 5 gallon, 10 gallon, 15
gallon, 30 gallon, and 60 gallon sizes. Tanks come equipped with regulator.
